Margi Lifestyle LLC. is a company registered in Suriname, South America under registration number 81848.
The Client is understood to be over the age of 18 or a minor with written parental consent, completes all the necessary steps in order to contract any of the services offered therein, including the acceptance of these General Agreement Conditions. The owner reserves the right to check that the client meets the necessary requirements to contract and if not, to refrain from providing the service.
Scheduled personal styling appointments will take place between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday To Saturday. During the pandemic Sunday appointments where possible are also offered.
All bookings if possible should be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment. Full payment secures the date - all fees are paid in advance. Use our website or call +597 7753272 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
You can pay cash or via bank transfer.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
There may be situations when rescheduling a confirmed booking by a client is necessary. We ask that you give as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours'. If the owner unfortunately has to cancel an appointment - if you can’t make another date - we will refund your money within 24 hours.
Full repayments are not refunded once a date has been booked in.
If required to quarantine appointments can be rescheduled and we will contact you 2 days prior to the appointment to conduct a brief health check make sure all is well with you and us. All safety precautions under government guidelines are taken and I ask that windows are opened during appointments at your home.
Additional travel fares for sessions at your home apply if you are based outside of Paramaribo.
Clients are responsible for their belongings during the course of a personal shopping experience. Margi does not accept responsibility for any lost property during the course of style sessions.
Once your personal styling session is over, should you have any questions in the 2 weeks after, call or text between 9am and 6pm Monday - Friday, but please limit these calls to 5-10 minutes each. Please note we can only advise on items that we have seen either in your wardrobe or that we have purchased on a shopping trip in person or online.
We will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
